We’re looking for a Creative Associate to join our busy and successful theatre.
Based on The Cut in Waterloo, we produce new plays, classics, musicals, adaptations of books, short films, and more. We attract large audiences from many different backgrounds, we have deep connections in our neighbourhood, we win major awards and we take shows to the West End and New York. Recent shows include Yerma, The Brothers Size, The Jungle and The Inheritance.
A new post, the Creative Associate will work closely with Artistic Director Kwame Kwei-Armah to generate and debate artistic ideas. They will support the Young Vic’s literary approach by providing dramaturgical support and generating new work and relationships from around the world.
“I’m looking for a conversation starter. Someone who believes in their soul that art and discourse has the power to change the status quo.”
- Kwame Kwei-Armah
