We are looking for a Learning Producer to join our busy and successful theatre.

Based on The Cut in Waterloo, we produce new plays, classics, musicals, adaptations of books, short films, digital projects and more. We attract large audiences from many different backgrounds; we have deep connections in our neighbourhood where we provide extensive free activities. You will take full responsibility for producing these schemes within the time and financial resources established with the Director of Taking Part. You will be dedicated to making a cultural change/shift/reset within the arts and in arts education, have experience of working with young people aged between 11 and 25 years of age, and have significant experience of producing or similar in an arts setting.

We actively encourage people from a variety of backgrounds with different experiences, skills and stories to join us and influence and develop our working practice. We are particularly keen to hear from people of colour and candidates who self-identify as disabled. All candidates who self-identify as disabled who demonstrate that they meet the essential criteria will be invited for interview. The Young Vic is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, caring responsibilities, disability, gender, gender identity, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation.
